This skirt has been sitting in my closet untouched for about two years because it is one of those skirts that is all noticeable and bright and you can basically only wear it once every two years or someone will be all like “Oh, that’s that bright skirt.  I remember that skirt, you wore it one year ten months ago.”.  I did notice that it seems smaller than I remember, which either means I’m fatter than I was two years ago, or that the skirt has been slowly shrinking by extremely small percentages each month for no reason, and over the last two years has managed to shrink one full dress size.  I’m going to assume it’s the latter.

The silk top is a vintage one with buttons all down the back which is also an interesting piece of information.  I am sure you are all enthralled.
