Although my buttercup yellow, raw silk dress is totally adorable, I kind of feel like I’m going to a wedding. Probably because I wore this exact thing to a wedding like 2 years ago.
At this wedding (like all weddings I attend), I spent the entirety of the night doing the “mentally challenged Natalie” dance, which is similar to the Elaine Benice dance, but with significantly more “soul”. I like to think that whenever I go to a wedding, I totally intimidate everyone with my supa-cool dance styles and they talk about me for years afterwards.
They probably do talk about me for years afterwards, but with more of a “That poor, poor girl” tone than a “That girl has supa-cool dance styles” tone.
One time, I went to a wedding, and I was dancing and everything, and I was preeeetty sure that I was dominating the dance floor when this super hot chick in a hot strapless red dress called me out to like, a dance-fight, like in the smash hit “Step Up 2: The Streets“. I was pretty confident that I could destroy her, so I accepted the challenge.
THEN SHE DID THE WORM ACROSS THE DANCE FLOOR. In her short, red strapless dress. She was awesome.
One last point – please note the perfection of my bow. If you need me to tie a bow for you, I charge $25.00 per bow, and $5.00 for bow-tying maintenance throughout the day. Plus meals and expenses.
